How can I test my equipment?

You can test your video and audio by clicking the classroom links from the homepage.

I hear an echo or buzzing when I’m in the classroom.

Buzzing or echo in the classroom is often the caused by feedback from one or both users. Making sure that both users are wearing earphones or headsets should eliminate this problem.

My video froze while I was in the classroom.

If you’re video freezes while you are in the classroom, simply close the window and open the session again from the My Revoluminary schedule tab. The other user will still be there when you return.

I created a class but it doesn’t show up anywhere.

If you created a class but did not add any categories or sub-categories, no one will be able to find it. To change or add categories for your class, simply go to the Classes tab on My Revoluminary, select the “edit” link, and then add new categories to the class description.
